- Once we have received your booking, we will email you a confirmation. Please note, you are not booked until you receive this confirmation. If you have not heard from us within 48 hours, please re-contact us or call us on our phone numbers.
2. Cancellations: Up to 48 hours before the cruise, you can cancel your cruise with no cancellation penalty, if the cancellation is requested in less than 48 hours prior the appointed date and time, or in case of no show no refund is applicable, we reserve the right to apply full charge.
3. 48 hours before the cruise, you can change the amount of guests coming for the cruise and get a refund for the difference (if applicable, Base fee includes from 2 and up to 6 pax). If less people arrive ON THE DAY OF THE CRUISE, there will be no refund.
4. In case of bad weather or major mechanical issues we will do our best to reschedule the cruise based on both your agenda and our availability. In case no reschedule is possible, you will receive a full refund.
5. We will not, however, reimburse travel, accommodation or other incidental expenses or consequential issues incurred by you. Also if you decide to return early for whatever reason before your time has ended there is no refund or discount. Motion Sickness: We cannot be held responsible for trips cut short due to sea sickness. Some of our guests have a high tolerance for motion and other feel ill even before getting on the boat.
